These terms apply to all purchases made on sipster.se. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products

Sipster sells reusable silicone lids designed for beverage cans.
All products sold are considered hygiene products.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT.
Payment is handled securely through Shopify’s payment providers.

Hygiene Policy – No Returns

Due to hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product packaging has been opened.

This is in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act (Distansavtalslagen), which excludes the right of withdrawal for sealed hygiene products once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@sipster.se and we will assist you.

Liability

Sipster is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use or handling of the product.

Privacy

We handle all personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Your information is used only to complete your order and will never be shared with third parties.
